Fill out the form on the invoice included in your original package so we know how to process your return. Be sure to update any contact or shipping information if necessary. The form is located on the back of your invoice, at the bottom of the page.
2. Print Your FREE Return Shipping Label (Optional)
Fill out the form below and click SUBMIT. An electronic label in PDF form will automatically be downloaded by your browser, and also sent to you by email. Open the downloaded PDF label and print it, or go to your email and open the attachment in the message and then print it.
3. Return Your Gloves in Their Original, Unworn, Unfolded Condition*** (Required)
All customers should use the original packaging or a suitable alternative; pack the gloves flat, with no folds or creases; and include this invoice in the package you're returning. Those who received a Free Return Shipping Label via email should print it and attach it to the package, and mail it using the United States Postal Service. Packages weighing less than 13 ounces (most orders) can be dropped in any mailbox, while heavier packages must be taken to the counter at your local Post Office. Please do not use Priority Mail or Express Mail envelopes as the Post Office will not accept packages in these envelopes and will return them to sender, thus delaying your return.
Please do not return gift boxes if you purchased or received one. Gift boxes are not returnable and no credit will be issued for gift boxes returned.

What Happens Next?
When we receive your package, we'll process it as quickly as possible according to your instructions on the form. We may contact you by email or phone if we need clarification of your instructions. If you requested a refund, it will be issued in the same form that you paid. If you received the gloves as a gift, we will issue a gift certificate valid for one year, or issue a refund to the original purchaser if you prefer.
